Artist and Development Coordinator

Adèle is a jazz flautist, composer, arranger, and improviser based in Tiohtià:ke/Montreal. Her work as a composer is inspired by eclectic influences, ranging from Brazilian Nordeste rhythms and contemporary jazz to sonic exploration, classical music, and rock. Her music can be heard in her two main jazz projects, Marcia and Sapa. As a recording and performing artist, she has collaborated with numerous musicians from the local jazz scene. With a hybrid background in documentary filmmaking and social work, she strongly emphasizes cultivating interdisciplinarity, versatility, and never-ending open-mindedness in her artistic practice.

As an Artist Development Coordinator at Envision Management & Production, she draws on her experience as a Montreal-based music artist. With a clear understanding of the challenges an artistic career can present, she seeks to support each artist with zeal, care, and meticulous attention.
