RADWAN GHAZI MOUMNEH RELEASES NEW COLLABORATIVE ALBUM “ETERNAL LIFE NO END” AND JOINS ENVISION ROSTER
We’re very proud to welcome Radwan Ghazi Moumneh to the Envision artist roster!
Based in Tiohtiá:ke/Montréal, Moumneh is a Lebanese-Canadian artist, record producer, and musician whose work has shaped the landscape of experimental and contemporary Arabic music. As co-founder of Hotel2Tango and the force behind Jerusalem In My Heart, his practice moves fluidly across composition, performance, and cultural expression, grounded in a deep engagement with sound, language, and place.
We’re especially excited to mark this moment alongside the release of his new record, Eternal Life No End, a collaboration with Frédéric D. Oberland available via Constellation Records. Developed between Montréal and Paris, the album brings together long-standing collaborators in a shared compositional space where electronics, buzuk, and modified rababa meet modular synthesis, saxophone, and percussion. Moumneh’s voice carries the emotional core, shifting between recitation and song.
Described by The Wire as “a stunning, devastating album that gestures at the paradox of art structured by tragedy; the urgency of responding to calamity and art’s inadequacy to do so,” the record remains close to the conditions that shaped it, working through grief and political violence without distance or resolution.
Radwan’s work continues to challenge and expand the possibilities of contemporary music while remaining rooted in cultural memory and lived experience. We’re honoured to support his practice and look forward to what lies ahead!
