Laurie Sévigny-Couture is a multidisciplinary artist and cultural worker based in Montreal. With degrees in jazz and contemporary classical composition, Laurie has been active in the music scenes of Montreal and abroad since 2017. Working primarily in music and film, she also participates in poetry and curation projects. Blending practices of creative writing, her holistic conception of art translates into songwriting projects, zines and short films. As a music creator, she can be heard DJing as Jade Telemann (ambient techno), singing as Everly Lux (experimental folk) and improvising as Z’ondes (jazz). She is also the administrative director of the lyrical creation company Chants Libres since 2024.
