RYHNA THOMPSON MYSTERY GUEST AT EWIMI 2026

We were excited to see our Founder and President Ryhna Thompson take part in the 6th edition of the Empowering Women in the Music Industry Conference in Ottawa–Gatineau this past weekend.

Under the 2026 theme Cultural Connectors, EWIMI explored the role of artists and cultural workers as bridges between communities, cultures, and countries, creating space for meaningful connection, knowledge-sharing, collaboration and relationship-building. The 3 day conference brought together artists and industry leaders from across Canada and around the world through showcases, panels, workshops, mentorship, and more.

As part of the program, Ryhna was invited as a mystery guest for a special interview. It was an honour to share the room with such an inspiring group and to be part of a community that continues to push the industry forward with care and intention!
