KID KOALA’S SPACE CADET CONTINUES ITS CREATIVE JOURNEY WITH THE RELEASE OF THE SOUNDTRACK SAMPLER EP

With the release of the Space Cadet Soundtrack Sampler EP on Envision Records, we’re reflecting on the creative journey behind Space Cadet, the debut animated feature film directed and scored by Kid Koala!

For Envision, that journey began in 2011 with Kid Koala’s award-winning Space Cadet graphic novel and soon continued with the Space Cadet Headphone Concert, an immersive live experience that invited audiences into the work as both listeners and participants.

Fourteen years later, Space Cadet premiered at Berlinale in 2025 and has since toured the international festival circuit, with screenings now reaching theatres worldwide.

The Space Cadet Soundtrack Sampler EP offers another way to enter the film’s emotional world. Having worked with Kid Koala since 2002, Envision is grateful to continue supporting this evolving project!
