Coralie Gauthier

Artist & Development Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

Coralie Gauthier is a harpist and composer based in Montreal. Having started her studies with a classical music training at the Conservatoire de Musique de Montreal, her path then evolved towards jazz, composition and electroacoustics. Her solo project, Minkworks, reveals the captivating sonorities of a harp hijacked by a series of electronic effects manipulated in real time. A member of many bands (Luminescent, Echönymphia, Sauf Les Drones), her works could be heard at MUTEK Festival, Phi Center, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts, L'Arsenal Contemporary Art, Thinker's Studio (Taiwan) and Visiones Sonoras Festival (Mexico). Her great interest for the music industry and her desire to contribute positively to a progressive and ground-breaking vision of the arts are what led her to work at Envision as an Artists & Development Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.
